Return Policy

Returns are accepted on all unused/undamaged scissors within 7 days of delivery date for a full refund (less 20% restocking fee) or an exchange of same or lessor price.  We will pay all return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect item, etc.)

 

Any concerns regarding service orders need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of pick up or receiving in the mail.  Clients can contact us by phone, email or text message.
