Please read through our shipping and return policies for information on shipping costs to your province and how we handle returns on products purchased online.
To ensure your order us shipped properly and quickly please ensure your mailing address is fully and correctly entered. Leading Edge Sharpening Services will not take responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. If a parcel is returned as “undeliverable” a store credit will be issued for the full price less the original shipping charges. If the customer chooses to have the item(s) shipped again the customer will assume the additional shipping fees.
We use a few shipping carriers and choose based on the best price and fastest option for our customers. Those customers who are in rural areas or have postal outlet boxes will be limited to Canada Post Expedited Service.
Items shipped via Purolator or Expedited Parcel with Canada Post are automatically insured for a value of $100.00. if you require additional insurance on your package please email us at [email protected] for an additional insurance quote. Extra coverage may be declined by the purchaser/customer; however Leading Edge Sharpening Services WILL NOT assume liability for any lost or damaged shipping exceeding the $100 value unless additional insurance options have been arranged by the purchaser/customer.
Customers will be provided with a tracking number either via email or text message.
If you spend at least $150 on sharpening orders before tax and coupons you will receive free shipping to addresses in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Free shipping for sharpening orders over $200 (before tax & coupons) for Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Free shipping for sharpening orders over $200 (before tax & coupons) for the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Free shipping for online purchases is available for all provinces and territories.
$150+ minimum spend to qualify for free shipping or a flat rate of $12.99 for purchases below $150.
$300+ minimum purchase or $19.99 flat rate for purchases of less than $300.
$300+ minimum purchase or $24.99 flat rate for purchases of less than $300.
If your package is damaged upon receiving it please contact Leading Edge Sharpening Services within 5 days of receipt of package to discuss/arrange for a replacement. All packaging and shipping boxes must be retained by the customer for inspection by the courier/Canada Post.
Returns are accepted on all unused/undamaged items and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund (less 20% restocking fee) or an exchange of same or lessor price. We will pay all return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect item, etc.)
Leading Edge Sharpening Services DOES NOT accept COD returns.
Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for purchase.
Any concerns regarding service orders need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of pick up or receiving in the mail. Clients can contact us by phone, email or text message.
